Return and Cancellation Policy

Refund or replacement is exclusively available for items bought through our website and not for purchases made on any other e-commerce platform.

Cancellation Policy
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at contact@feelspotless.com with your order number mentioned in the subject line.

Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Note: Personalised product orders cannot be cancelled / refunded once the order is processed.
Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We ensure that a brand new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost.

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or have technical issues. Please note that general dissatisfaction or a change of mind does not qualify for a return. We request you to thoroughly review the item description, specifications, and any available customer reviews before making a purchase.

In case your item is damaged or has technical issues, we require you to provide a video clearly demonstrating the problem. This will help us to better understand the issue and expedite the return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@feelspotless.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

Note: Personalised product orders cannot be cancelled / refunded once the order is processed. Return is not applicable for bulk or corporate orders. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Policy:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, it’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The refund policy is applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers' bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via PayTM.
